Andressa Urach

Andressa Urach, who was then fifteen years old, started meeting Tiago Costa. After three months of being together, they went to live with him in his home. Arthur Urach Costa (born May 19, 2005) was the sole child of the couple. After a series of marital disputes they divorced in 2008, after the last six years in a relationship. Andressa was at her mom's house along with her son. After the separation of six months, she was fired from her job and later decided to take her son with his father in search of an opportunity to live a more fulfilling life within Sao Paulo however, being highly ambitious and self-centered, the main reason she left the South was to be successful and wealthy. In her book Morri Para Viver Andressa Urach says she was a victim of sexual assault throughout her life, a victim of her foster grandfather abuse that occurred from when she was 2 until eight. Andressa managed to overcome all issues because her foster grandmother was able to witness the abuse and re-admitted her in her home. Her mother wasn't aware of her abuse until Andressa published the book. The author said that, prior to the time she experienced a spiritual awakening she was unable for her to forgive her the abuser. It was one of my most difficult choices I've faced. I contacted the man that physically assaulted me. It was not an easy thing to make. I said on the phone following a lot of praying and fasting, that I forgiven the man. Although I am in no way guilty, I pleaded for forgiveness. I didn't justify myself I simply asked for forgiveness. Mariste Urach discusses in an interview with Globo, what she was feeling at first hearing about the abuse her daughter had endured. The reason she traveled was to retaliate against the pedophile who lives on the inside of Rio Grande do Sul.
