Avery Sunshine
Avery Sunshine is a mercurial music producer and singer, who mixes Soul gospel Jazz and R&B with a distinctive mix. Her career path has taken her across Broadway to European concerts and festivals to even at the Democratic National Convention. Sunshine is the daughter of Denise White. While she now lives in Atlanta the place she was raised is Chester Pennsylvania. Her musical path began at church, where she sang as well as performed piano. After graduation from Spellman College, Atlanta she began her musical journey on the Atlanta's R&B culture. The Fighting Temptations The single which featured her vocals Stalk You A House 12, was only released in Japan. It's been remixed many times, and is the mainstay of her live show. Her voice was also featured on the soundtrack of The Fighting Temptations. In 2005, Tyler Perry hired her as the primary keyboardist in the stage production Meet the Browns. Jennifer Holliday (a Grammy and Tony Award winner) offered her a position as director of the choral section of Dreamgirls in Atlanta in the National Black Arts Festival. Sunshine was noticed by all of the country during daily performances of four at the 2008 Democratic National Convention. Sunshine followed up with being asked to sing in the presence of the President Barack Obama at his inauguration.
